THY KINGDOM COME

TKC

Thy Kingdom Come is a global prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray for more people to come to know Jesus. What started in 2016 as an invitation from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York to the Church of England has grown into an international and ecumenical call to prayer.

You can download the TKC Prayer journal here

Also, if you have children or love games yourself access the
Digital Family Prayer Adventure Map and App here to play with augmented reality

Keep us, good Lord, under the shadow of your mercy
in this time of uncertainty and distress.
Sustain and support the anxious and fearful,
and lift up all who are brought low;
that we may rejoice in your comfort
knowing that nothing can separate us from your love
in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Amen
.

We are delighted to announce that from January 2020 our Benefice comprises of the Churches of St.Martin's Bowness, St. Anne's Ings, St. Cuthbert's Kentmere, St. James' Staveley, Jesus Church Troutbeck and St. Mary's Windermere.

We are situated in the southern part of the beautiful Lake District National Park.

We are part of the Church of England and welcome people of all denominations and backgrounds to join us for worship, fellowship or to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our church buildings.

We are one Church family seeking to grow as disciples of Jesus and offering opportunities for others to discover more of God's love for them and of his purposes for their lives.
